Botched

No fim-de-semana vi a primeira temporada de "Botched", uma série de reality-tv norte-americana, no canal E! Entertainment, sobre cirurgia plástica.

Eu não sou contra as cirurgias plásticas mas sou contra os exageros. Se nuns episódios vemos casos de pessoas que, de facto, precisam de intervenção; noutros episódios vemos casos de pessoas que precisam de intervenção... mas psicológica ou, até, psiquiátrica!

Uma das participantes é auto-proclamada "primeira supermodelo" JANICE DICKINSON - ela era super gira [google and see it!] mas, depois das cirurgias plásticas, está horrorosa... e sem maquilhagem é pavorosa! E, pior!, vemos as fotos antigas e depois vemos as fotos actuais e não reconhecemos a pessoa.

Para algumas pessoas, as cirurgias plásticas são um vício, como o álcool ou a droga, e uma procura da perfeição... que não existe! E são, também, uma eterna tentativa de querer manter a juventude. 

No entanto, mais tarde ou mais cedo, com ou sem cirurgias plásticas... todos morremos!

Bad Ink

Ontem descobri, no Canal Biografia, "Bad Ink". 

"Bad Ink" é uma série de reality-tv norte-americana que segue o tatuador DIRK VERMIN, proprietário do estúdio Pussykat Tattoo, e o amigo ROB RUCKUS, pela cidade de Las Vegas (conhecida como "a capital mundial dos erros") em busca de más - muito más! - tatuagens e mostra o seu excelente subsequente trabalho de transformação. 

Ao contrário das séries "Miami Ink", "LA Ink" e "NY Ink, "Bad Ink" é uma série entretida e divertida, graças aos carismáticos mas simpáticos DIRK e RUCKUS!

Nota de Rodapata: ontem eu vi os dois últimos episódios da primeira temporada, mas durante a semana terei que fazer uma 'maratona' e ver os doze episódios anteriores, porque no domingo estreia a segunda temporada!
